About the Role

QS professional with 2-5 years experience in construction cost control, BOQs, and contract management for building projects in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities
• Control project costs and manage budgets
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Manage contracts and lead negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, BOQs, contracts, and cost control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and surveying software (AutoCAD, CostX)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Professional body membership and valid driving license preferred
