About the Role

Entry-level civil QS role managing BOQ preparation, cost planning, tendering, and contract administration for building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities from drawings
• Measure quantities and support tendering processes
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost plans and cash flow forecasts
• Track progress and prepare interim payment applications and cost reports
• Handle variations, claims, and final accounts
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and tender documentation skills
• Cost planning and cost management expertise for civil and building projects
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Knowledge of standard contract forms and local regulatory requirements
• Effective communication and multidisciplinary team collaboration
