About the Role

Mid-senior MEP QS role preparing and negotiating costs for construction tenders, managing progress billing, and overseeing contracts with potential Maldives site deployment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and analyze costs for tenders and contracts
• Review tender documents, contracts, budgets, and payment certificates
• Liaise with clients and construction professionals
• Manage monthly progress billing and cost controls
• Advise on legal and contractual matters
• Conduct variance analysis and forecasting

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Mandatory MEP construction background
• Strong cost control knowledge
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to work at Maldives project site
