About the Role
Senior showroom manager for WPS Inplace tile and bathware branches across Sri Lanka. 5+ years sector experience required. Multiple locations available.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and premium customer experience
- Lead sales teams to meet monthly targets
- Manage inventory and product displays
- Build relationships with customers, contractors and architects
- Handle billing and maintain accurate sales reports via ERP
- Resolve customer complaints
Requirements
- GCE A/L qualification (3 subjects)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or SLIM/CIM professional qualification
- 5+ years experience in Tile and Bathware or Hardware sector sales
- Below 45 years of age
