Senior Merchandiser Executive / Account Manager

About the Role

Manage key client accounts and full merchandising operations for a corporate clothing company, ensuring order fulfilment, quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts from order placement through delivery
• Coordinate with production and quality teams
• Liaise directly with corporate clients on product requirements
• Monitor critical paths and resolve delays
• Prepare costing and price negotiations
• Ensure quality compliance and on-time delivery

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in apparel, business or related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of apparel merchandising or account management experience
• Strong English communication skills
