About the Role

Provide technical support in clothing manufacturing, ensuring garment construction, quality and production processes meet required standards at the Palapathwela facility.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance on garment construction and production processes
Monitor quality standards on the production floor
Analyse and resolve technical issues in manufacturing
Coordinate with production and quality teams
Prepare technical reports and documentation

Requirements

Qualifications in Textile & Clothing Technology (degree or diploma)
Relevant experience in apparel technical roles
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
