About the Role
Ensure ethical, social and environmental compliance standards are met across garment manufacturing operations, coordinating audits and maintaining buyer certification requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external compliance audits
- Maintain compliance records and corrective action plans
- Ensure adherence to buyer codes of conduct and labour standards
- Liaise with buyers, auditors and regulatory bodies
- Train factory staff on compliance requirements
- Prepare and submit compliance documentation and reports
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, Law, Social Science or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the apparel sector
- Knowledge of international compliance standards
- Strong communication and organisational skills
