Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations of coir manufacturing
• Supervise production staff and assign daily tasks
• Ensure quality and output efficiency standards are met
• Monitor raw material usage and inventory
• Implement and maintain safety protocols
• Report production metrics to management

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A/L qualification
• 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Degree or Diploma in Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or Agriculture preferred
• Reliable, hands-on approach with strong leadership skills
