Responsibilities

• Oversee ML engineering teams and develop solutions integrating data pipelines
• Lead GenAI and agentic AI initiatives
• Guide team adoption of LLM architectures
• Manage stakeholder communications
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards
• Administer CI/CD and MLOps infrastructure
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor ML engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 5+ years ML engineering experience
• Expertise in large-scale data systems
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud deployment
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
