Junior Executive – Card Operations

About the Role

Support card operations and data analysis at National Savings Bank's Card Centre at Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Support card operations within the Card Centre at Head Office
• Perform data analysis and operational reporting
• Process card transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist in compliance and regulatory reporting related to card operations

Requirements

• Sri Lankan citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, business administration, management, commerce, accounting, IT, science or mathematics
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a finance-related role
• Card Centre operations experience preferred
• Age below 30 (internal applicants exempt)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, VBA, Word, and Outlook
