About the Role

Manage card operations at senior grade within National Savings Bank's Card Centre.

Responsibilities

• Manage card operations activities at senior grade within the Card Centre
• Oversee data analysis, reporting, and transaction processing
• Ensure compliance with card-related regulatory requirements
• Support team leadership and process improvement

Requirements

• Sri Lankan citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, business administration, management, commerce, accounting, IT, science or mathematics
• Relevant experience in card operations or banking operations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, VBA, Word, and Outlook
• Strong English and Sinhala or Tamil communication skills
