About the Role
Kent Engineers seeks an Engineer/Quantity Surveyor to handle cost controlling and monitoring on construction projects in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control project costs throughout construction lifecycle
- Prepare and review bills of quantities
- Conduct site measurements and valuations
- Prepare interim payment certificates
- Identify cost variances and report to management
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction cost control
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
