About the Role
Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC seeks a senior Head of Engineering to lead all engineering functions across their real estate portfolio in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all engineering functions
- Oversee capital projects from planning to completion
- Manage engineering team and external consultants
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Develop engineering policies and procedures
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience including 5 at senior management level
- Experience in commercial real estate development
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Chartered Engineer status preferred
