About the Role

Sarukaya Construction is hiring a Technical Officer or Site Supervisor to manage construction activities and oversee site operations in Jaffna.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction site activities
• Ensure project quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors and workers
• Prepare daily site progress reports
• Assist in project planning and scheduling

Requirements

• HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–4 years experience in construction site supervision
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good organizational skills
• Willing to work in Jaffna
