About the Role
Lyceum Global Holdings is recruiting a Security Operations Manager to lead and manage security operations across their facilities in Nugegoda.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage security operations across all company facilities
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits
- Manage security personnel and third-party security contractors
- Respond to and investigate security incidents
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Security Management or related field
- 7+ years security experience including 3 in management
- Knowledge of Sri Lanka security regulations
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems
