About the Role
Support and manage card operations functions at NSB including transaction processing, reconciliation, and customer service related to card products.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage card-related transactions
- Perform daily reconciliation of card operations accounts
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints relating to card products
- Ensure compliance with card scheme regulations and bank policies
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level with satisfactory results
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification preferred
- Banking or financial services experience an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
