About the Role

Lead all financial management functions for CTK Nexus, overseeing accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance at the head office in Madampe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance department functions
• Prepare and present financial statements and management reports
• Manage annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
• Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations

Requirements

• CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA fully qualified
• Minimum 8 years in a senior finance role
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting under SLFRS/LKAS
• Strong leadership and people management skills
