Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

Lead the full spectrum of financial management for MBSL including strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy
• Oversee all financial reporting including statutory accounts and regulatory submissions
• Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, and investors
• Lead treasury, budgeting, and financial control functions
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the Board

Requirements

• Fully qualified CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA
• Minimum 15 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership
• Extensive experience in banking or investment banking in Sri Lanka
• Strong knowledge of CBSL supervisory requirements
