Branch Manager – Badulla

About the Role

Manage all operations of the CBC Finance Badulla branch, driving lending, deposit mobilization, and customer service targets while ensuring compliance and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations including lending, deposits, and customer service
• Drive branch business targets for loans, leasing, and fixed deposits
• Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff
• Ensure compliance with CBSL regulations and company policies
• Handle credit appraisals within delegated authority

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6-8 years in banking or NBFI sector, including 2-3 years in branch management
• Knowledge of leasing and hire purchase products
• Ability to work independently in an outstation branch
