About the Role
Three MEP Quantity Surveyor positions at varying experience levels handling pre-contract and post-contract QS duties on large building projects.
Responsibilities
- Pre-contract and post-contract MEP quantity surveying
- BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on building projects
Requirements
- BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Senior MEP QS: 8+ years MEP measurement experience
- MEP QS: 4-8 years experience
- Assistant MEP QS: 1-4 years (fresh graduates welcome)
- AutoCAD, CostX, and Microsoft Excel proficiency
