Supervise and coordinate civil construction projects, monitor site progress, conduct billing calculations, and ensure compliance for retail facility construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction projects for timely completion and quality
• Monitor site progress and verify compliance
• Conduct site measurements and billing calculations
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
• Maintain documentation and records

Requirements

• Diploma in NCT Civil, NVQ Level 5+ in Civil Engineering Technology, or HND in Civil Engineering
• 4-5 years in civil construction, project supervision, or building maintenance
• AutoCAD knowledge advantageous
