About the Role

Supervise daily supermarket operations and staff at LAUGFS Maharagama branch, ensuring smooth customer service and operational efficiency across 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise supermarket floor operations and staff on shift
• Ensure accurate cashier transactions and customer service standards
• Manage shift operations including night shift rotations
• Report operational issues to management promptly

Requirements

• Age 18-40 years
• Minimum 1 year supervisor experience mandatory
• Previous service certificate required
• G.C.E. O/L Mathematics pass or cash handling experience
• Willingness to work night shifts
