Showroom Manager

About the Role

Lead showroom operations for a tile and bathware retailer, managing sales teams, customer relationships, and inventory to achieve business targets across multiple Sri Lanka locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and inventory management
• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets
• Manage customer relationships across contractors, interior designers, and walk-in clients
• Handle billing processes and maintain detailed sales reports
• Drive business development and branch growth initiatives

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L qualification (all three subjects passed)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management, or professional qualifications (SLIM/CIM)
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in tile, bathware, or hardware retail
• Below 45 years of age
