Executive - Telemarketing

About the Role

Outbound telemarketing role at an Australian-owned BPO in Colombo to qualify property investment leads, schedule consultant appointments, and manage CRM records for Australian clients, in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls presenting property investment products to prospective Australian clients
• Qualify leads based on investment interests and financial capacity
• Address objections and respond to queries from prospective investors
• Schedule appointments for investment consultants based on qualified leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, lead details, and follow-ups
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments booked
• Stay current with property market trends relevant to the role
• Collaborate with the broader sales team on lead handovers

Requirements

• Prior call center, telemarketing, or customer-facing experience (preferred)
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
• Active listening and persuasion abilities
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
• Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity (advantageous)
• Proactive, target-driven mindset
• Basic property investment knowledge (beneficial but not required)
