Staff Nurse (ICU / Theatre / Surgical / Medical / Pediatrics)

About the Role

New Delmon Hospital is actively recruiting qualified nursing staff for ICU, Theatre, Surgical, Medical, and Pediatrics departments at its Wellawatte campus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in specialized clinical settings
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures and clinical rounds
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications
• Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and recovery

Requirements

• PHSRC registration with 3-year Diploma in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• SLMC registration advantageous
• BSc (Hons) in Nursing graduates encouraged to apply
• Experience in Operation Theatre, ICU, Maternity, Surgical, or Pediatrics preferred
• Strong team orientation and drive to succeed
