About the Role
Independently oversee day-to-day progress on construction project sites across Sri Lanka, including civil and structural works, requiring willingness to be stationed at any site location.
Responsibilities
Independently oversee total site day-to-day construction progress
Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained on site
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and site workers
Report progress to the Project Engineer and senior management
Travel to and be stationed at various site locations as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or NDT/NCT qualification
Minimum 3 years of industry experience, preferably in construction
Ability to work based at any site location and willingness to travel
