About the Role
Lead resource planning, budget management and site coordination across turnkey construction and civil engineering projects throughout Sri Lanka, drawing on 5-10 years of construction experience.
Responsibilities
Lead resource planning for assigned construction projects
Manage project budgets and control costs
Coordinate across multiple site locations and disciplines
Manage subcontractors and construction teams
Travel to and be stationed at various site locations as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or NDT/NCT qualification
5-10 years of experience in the construction field
Minimum 3 years experience in the capacity of Project Manager or Project Engineer
