About the Role

Perform cost analysis and resource optimization for civil and turnkey construction projects across Sri Lanka, with familiarity with ICTAD contract administration.

Responsibilities

Perform cost analysis for construction projects
Optimize resource allocation and ensure cost efficiency
Prepare and review BOQs and tender documents
Administer ICTAD contracts and manage post-contract QS activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience
Familiarity with ICTAD contracts
