About the Role

Senior MEP QS role requiring 8+ years experience, responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying on local and international building services projects from the Colombo 08 office.

Responsibilities

Perform MEP quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
Manage pre- and post-contract QS activities on MEP projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
Contribute to local and international project deliverables

Requirements

BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of MEP Quantity Surveying experience
Knowledge of MEP systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX and Microsoft Excel
