Quantity Surveyor – MEP

About the Role

Mid-level MEP QS position handling pre- and post-contract quantity surveying for building services projects, requiring 4-8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform MEP measurement and quantity take-offs
• Prepare BOQs and contribute to tender documentation
• Support post-contract QS activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 4-8 years of pre- and post-contract QS experience
• Knowledge of MEP systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX and Microsoft Excel
