Assistant Quantity Surveyor – MEP

About the Role

Entry-level MEP QS role for fresh graduates or those with up to 4 years experience, supporting measurement and BOQ preparation on local and international building services projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with MEP measurement and quantity take-offs
• Support BOQ preparation and documentation
• Learn and develop MEP systems knowledge
• Collaborate with senior QS team members

Requirements

• BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 1-4 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of MEP systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
