About the Role

Produce digital news content for websites, social media, and multimedia platforms for Sri Lanka's leading state newspaper group, with separate language tracks in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.

Responsibilities

Create digital content for news websites and social media platforms
Produce multimedia content for news coverage
Edit and publish digital stories through content management systems
Meet tight editorial deadlines

Requirements

Diploma in Journalism/Multimedia + 2 years experience, OR NVQ Level 4/5 in Multimedia + 2-3 years experience, OR GCE A/L + Certificate in Journalism/Multimedia + 4 years experience
Experience in digital content creation for websites, social media, and multimedia platforms
Video editing proficiency
