About the Role

Lead IE functions at Brandix's Rideegama plant — setting efficiency targets, performing SAH calculations, and training IE Officers in a GSD-based production environment.

Responsibilities

Support pre-production activities and meet production start dates
Achieve efficiency and productivity targets for assigned sections
Perform accurate SAH and efficiency calculations
Train and supervise IE Officers

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Clothing Technology
3-5 years in Industrial Engineering; GSD Licence or GSD system experience preferred
