Responsibilities

• Operate and cook in a wood-fired pizza oven
• Maintain consistent pizza quality and presentation
• Keep a clean station and manage efficient service during peak hours

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years work experience
• Hands-on wood-fired oven operational expertise essential
• Residence in or near Ella/Bandarawela area preferred
