About the Role

Manage tiles and bathware showroom operations, lead sales teams, and build trade relationships across WPS Inplace branch locations island-wide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure premium customer experience
• Lead sales teams to achieve monthly targets
• Manage inventory and product merchandising
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, and architects
• Handle billing and maintain sales reports via ERP system

Requirements

• GCE A/L
• Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably tiles, bathware, or hardware industries
• Age below 45 years
