About the Role

Lead 360 degree marketing strategy for Havelock City and residential apartment developments, managing digital channels, media relations, budget, and corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Annual Marketing Plan and integrated marketing communication strategies
• Lead digital marketing strategy and oversee social media channels
• Budget management for advertising and promotions
• Manage media relations and coordinate marketing collateral development
• Plan and execute 360-degree marketing strategies for residential apartment developments
• Organize corporate events including product launches and press conferences

Requirements

• Age 28-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Management; CIM/SLIM qualification acceptable
• MBA preferred
• Minimum 8 years in marketing and brand management
• Digital marketing proficiency
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
