About the Role
Prospect and close AMC contracts in the HVAC sector across commercial, government, industrial, and residential clients in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for AMC contracts
- Generate sales opportunities from government, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors
- Submit, follow up on, and negotiate proposals and quotations
- Maintain and grow customer relationships
- Collect AMC service and repair payments
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent minimum
- Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred
- Minimum 1 year in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driving license is advantageous
