Responsibilities

• Work with project teams and management on cost control and commercial decision-making
• Monitor project performance against budgets and schedules
• Prepare cost analyses and financial reports across MEP projects
• Support broader project controls beyond traditional QS duties

Requirements

• Qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• Analytical and commercially minded with project controls expertise
