About the Role

Support customers across various Azure services in a Cloud & Managed Services expansion role.

Responsibilities

• OS Critical, Security, and Patch Management
• Azure Resource Creation & Management
• VM Monitoring and Recovery
• Incident Management and Alert Setup
• Azure Policy and Compliance Enforcement
• Cost Optimization
• Disaster Recovery Design & Implementation
• Security Hardening
• Backup Configuration & Testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Azure experience
• AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, SC-100 certifications desirable
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
