Lead the Chinese kitchen at Family Chef Restaurant with a minimum of 2 years Head Chef experience in a leading restaurant or hotel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality food taste and consistency
• Lead and manage kitchen staff
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Manage food inventory and kitchen operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as Head Chef at leading Restaurant or Hotel
• Ability to maintain high quality food
• Kitchen cleanliness and hygiene expertise
• Age below 55 years
