Responsibilities
- Supervise packing and production operations on assigned shifts
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
- Manage shift-based work schedules including night shifts
- Monitor production output and report deviations
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- GCE A/L qualification
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience
- Age below 35 years
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and during night shifts
- Food industry experience preferred
