About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production operations at the packaging facility
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing
- Supervise production staff and coordinate shift activities
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Maintain equipment and production line efficiency
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Production Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
