Executive - New Product Development

About the Role

New product development executive at Lion Brewery driving beverage innovation, product formulation, and R&D initiatives for new products.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product ideation, formulation and development from concept to launch
• Conduct sensory evaluation, benchmarking and competitive analysis
• Manage product trials and pilot production runs
• Coordinate with production, quality, marketing and commercial teams on NPD projects
• Ensure regulatory compliance for new products
• Maintain NPD documentation and project timelines

Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related science
• Experience in product development within FMCG or beverage industry
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Good project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
