Supervisor Production - Garments

About the Role

Experienced Production Supervisor at a garment manufacturing facility in Kandy responsible for planning, organising and leading production teams to meet quality and output targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, lead and control organizational resources to achieve production targets and deadlines
• Monitor production workflow against established plans and schedules
• Calculate staffing and resource needs on an ongoing basis
• Maintain daily workforce absenteeism below 4% and monthly staff turnover below 4%
• Ensure each production line achieves established learning curves and standard hours
• Drive efficiency improvements and quality standards across the production floor

Requirements

• GCE A/L qualification required
• Diploma in Production Management or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of garment production techniques and quality standards
