Production Manager - Electronics

About the Role

Senior Production Manager overseeing manufacturing operations for IoT and electronics products at ICONIC DEVICES' Matara facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of electronics production operations
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation
• Ensure product quality meets technical specifications and customer requirements
• Lead and develop the production team
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Monitor production KPIs and report to senior management
• Coordinate with design, engineering and supply chain teams

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in electronics
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality management systems
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems
