Supply Chain Assistant

About the Role

Support procurement, inventory management, supplier coordination, and SAP-based reporting for SPA CEYLON's supply chain operations in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement and supplier coordination
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor inbound deliveries
• Maintain inventory and stock records
• Support data entry, reporting, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
• Analyze sales data and consumer behavior

Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management advantageous
• 1-2 years experience in procurement or inventory management
• SAP ERP proficiency preferred
• Advanced MS Office and Excel formula knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
