About the Role

Own demand planning and S&OP facilitation for Sri Lanka and multiple Asia-Pacific markets using Kinaxis Rapid Response, coordinating supply chain operations from the Kelaniya site.

Responsibilities

Validate and consolidate demand forecasts across Asia-Pacific markets
Collaborate with Business Development Managers and distributors
Own S&OP facilitation using quantitative and qualitative methods
Work with sales, marketing, and production teams for alignment
Identify demand patterns and provide actionable insights
Oversee distributor stock levels and replenishment
Coordinate shipment planning and logistics improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 4 years demand planning experience, FMCG preferred
S&OP process ownership experience
Proficiency with Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or SAP APO
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
English fluency
