About the Role

Senior manager at Seylan Bank to independently conduct post-approval credit risk reviews on high and mid-value credit facilities, analyze non-performing asset root causes, and provide guidance to regional credit officers.

Responsibilities

• Execute independent post-approval credit risk reviews
• Provide technical guidance to regional credit officers
• Conduct portfolio analyses to identify root causes of non-performing assets
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and board committees

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in credit audit, evaluation, or portfolio handling
• Professional qualification: CIMA, ACCA, IBSL or equivalent
• Deadline: 10 August 2026
