Trainee Executive / Executive

About the Role

FLi is seeking trainee executives and executives island-wide to support microfinance product sales, client acquisition, loan assessments, and portfolio management within their expanding branch network.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell FLi microfinance products to potential clients
• Conduct client assessments and loan appraisals
• Manage a portfolio of microfinance borrowers
• Carry out field visits and repayment follow-ups

Requirements

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) or Advanced Level (A/L) pass
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work in field-based roles across Sri Lanka
