About the Role

Supply Chain Assistant at SPA CEYLON, Colombo 5. Handle procurement, inventory, ERP (SAP), freight documentation, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supplier coordination
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on inbound deliveries
• Maintain inventory and stock records
• Data analysis and reporting
• Internal department coordination

Requirements

• GCE A/L qualification
• 1–2 years in procurement or inventory management
• Freight and clearing documentation experience
• ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
